Organizational methodological and situational center
it is a structural unit of a medical organization that provides organization, coordination and control of medical care, as well as analysis of the institution’s activities and operational management in various situations. Main functions of the department: organizational and methodological support of the work of the departments; analysis of performance indicators and preparation of analytical reports;monitoring the quality and availability of medical care; coordination of interaction with medical organizations in the region; maintaining statistical reporting and monitoring the timeliness of data provision; organizing the implementation of orders, programs and activities of the Ministry of Health; prompt response to emergencies, incidents and emergencies;holding meetings, training events and methodological work with medical personnel; monitoring the execution of instructions from management and implementing measures to improve the work of the institution.
