Planned hospitalization is carried out by decision of the medical commission of the oncology center if there are indications. The patient is given a list of mandatory pre-hospital tests (most of them are valid for 10 to 14 days). On the appointed day, you must come to the reception department with documents and personal hygiene items.
Yes, review (second opinion) of finished histological and immunohistochemical (IHC) materials is carried out in our pathology laboratory. To do this, you must provide the blocks/glasses themselves and accompanying documentation (initial conclusion) to the registrar of the laboratory building.
When staying in superior rooms (on a paid basis), the cost is calculated on a daily basis. Important calculation rule: Payment for staying in the ward is charged only if the patient stays in it for more than 8 hours from the moment of actual check-in. Short stays less than this time are not subject to charging as a full day.
Visiting seriously ill patients in the wards is allowed in agreement with the attending physician or the head of the department upon registration of a special pass. For other categories of patients, communication with relatives is organized in the center's lobby at set hours (usually from 16:00 to 19:00).

Information about the condition of patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) is provided strictly to trusted persons (specified in the consent upon hospitalization) by the attending resuscitator. Patients undergoing treatment in a hospital, as well as their close relatives, can seek individual advice from a medical psychologist free of charge. An application for a psychologist’s visit to the ward can be submitted through the attending physician or nurse.
To obtain copies of medical records, research results or archival certificates, you must write a standard application addressed to the chief physician in the office or information window of the center. Preparation of documents takes up to 10 working days in accordance with the regulations.
