This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of individuals (hereinafter referred to as Patients) using the website of the Mangistau Regional Oncology Dispensary (hereinafter referred to as the Dispensary), located at test.kz.

By using the site and/or filling out feedback forms, the Patient agrees with the terms of this Policy.

• Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”;

• Data storage on secure servers;
• Restricting access to data to authorized employees;

The storage period for personal data is no more than 5 years from the date of the last request, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
